He was called this for being young,black,wearing an earring and actually being a fan of rap music. Now the city of Miami may be on the verge of having an actual hip hop mayor. Luther "Uncle Luke" Campbell,who is famous for being a rapper,record company owner,reality tv star and for fighting for freedom of speech for everyone has decided to run for mayor of Miami.
