After months of doing nothing and then talking about doing nothing as if they did something spectacular and then threatening a shutdown over something that has nothing to do with the budget,it looks like they may finally be getting close to a deal that will keep the government from shutting down. Of course I'm only saying that after seeing the photo below. In the photo you see a screenshot from the website of Nebraska senator Mike Johanns who is proudly talking about the deal that was reached to avoid a government shutdown. Lets hope that this isn't a mistake.
