Basil is back!

A few months ago I did a post about an obscure but hilarious candidate running for governor of Tennessee. Fortunately for the great people in Tennessee and the rest of the country Basil Marceaux was soundly beaten in the republican primary. Of course you can't keep a good man down and this means that Basil is back and running as a write in candidate for governor.
