In what has to be basically stating the obvious Shepard Smith had a short discussion about the very controversial immigration law in Arizona. Shepard Smith basically called the law "breathing while Latino" and compared it to "driving while Black". Also in this clip republican Florida gubernatorial candidate Marco Rubio went against the republican trend and stated his reasons for concern with the new immigration law in Arizona.
