I don't know what it is but I really happen to like gymnastics. I don't particularly care for the hours upon hours of practice and years of training just to fail in the olympics but I do like gymnastics. In the video below is a guy that apparently likes gymnastics more than I do because he's willing to actually attempt some of that stuff. Watch and enjoy the insanity right after the picture of a world class gymnast.
