Good news everyone

If you havent seen the March jobs report you actually missed out on something pretty good. During the month of March the national unemployment rate didnt get any worse it stayed the same. So you're thinking "where's the good news at?".Well I'm about to tell you about it...we gained 162,000 jobs. The 162,000 jobs is the biggest increase in 3 years. The increase is a big deal considering that even if you take away the 44,000 census jobs there were still 118,000 new jobs created in March. The increase in jobs also helped to rally the stock market today which means that its good news all around. The positive report makes March only the 3rd month since the beginning of 2008 in which employers didnt cut payrolls in large numbers. During the month of March 15,000 construction jobs were added and over 17,000 manufacturing jobs were added including 2500 jobs in the automobile industry. The retail industry added 15,000 jobs as well. Lets hope this is a start of a long term recovery.
