A while ago I posted a blog about how some states including mine were planning on suing the government to repeal the current healthcare laws. In all 13 states are suing. In the state of Georgia the governor who happens to be a republican wants to sue to repeal the healthcare law but the attorney general in that state feels that suing will be a huge waste of time and money at a time when the state is broke. Also not suing..the state of Oregon. Watch below as Rachel Maddow interviews Georgia state attorney general Thurbert Baker about his decision to not sue and the insanity happening in his state.
