Ad of the day

I don't know if you know this or not but Michele Bachmann has been getting murdered in the polls recently. She has gone from frontrunner to someone that republicans are quickly trying to forget. As republican primary voters try to wash the taste of Bachmann out of their mouths,Mrs Bachmann is trying to remind them of the good times that they had. She's doing this by putting out the political version of a diss record,an attack ad. In this attack ad she plays clips of "gaffes" and other assorted quotes that call her opponents conservatism into question. Click on the video below to see team Bachmann call out the other GOP contenders for not being true conservatives.

A dose of insanity

What you're staring at is a photo of Minnesota representative and reason for the name of this blog,Michele Bachmann. Michele Bachmann is known for somehow being in congress despite not being that smart. In another move to surely make her look like a genius she has decided to give a rebuttal speech to the upcoming state of the union. This seems a tad bit weird considering that republicans have already discussed and chosen Wisconsin congressman Paul Ryan as their official person to give a rebuttal to the president's speech. Click on the photo below to learn exactly how congresswoman Bachmann will share her speech with a wide reaching audience.

Political ad of the day

Pretty much killing time here but check out this political ad from Tarryl Clark who just happens to be challenging the woman I named this blog after... Michele Bachmann. In the ad she goes after Michele Bachmann on the issue of healthcare reform and points out that despite the fact that Minnesotans are paying ridiculous amounts of money for insurance Michele Bachmann is against them having the same cost effective and quality healthcare that she gets at a discount as a member of congress. Watch the video below

Just killing time here

Michele Bachmann dances with her husband after placing 6th in the Iowa caucus. Am I the only one that thinks that Marcus Bachmann looks a tad bit uncomfortable around Michele Bachmann? This is not the look of a man who is in comfort. I could be totally wrong though. Anyway, enjoy the pic.

International embarrassment

Last Friday reason for this site's name and Minnesota representative Michelle Bachmann appeared on the BBC to speak on a myriad of issues with host Emily Matilis. During the discussion representative Bachmann repeatedly tried to hit her talking points of small government, lower taxes, lower spending and Barack Obama not being an American. Unfortunately for her Emily Matilis actually challenged a few of the things that Mrs Bachmann was saying. Not only did she challenge her but she used quotes and facts from reputable sources to do it. Watch below as the British laugh at what passes for a politician over here in America.

Ad of the day

Today's ad of the day comes courtesy of congressional candidate Tarryl Clark who is currently going against one of my favorite people,Michele Bachmann. In this ad Tarryl attacks Bachmann's record on voting in favor of large banks and big insurance companies. In so many words she's saying that Bachmann isn't doing shit for the people of Minnesota.

Just killing time here

I'm pretty much killing time here but check out this hilarious video of Stephen Colbert talking about the census, the insane Michelle Bachmann and the ongoing series of crazy known as Glenn Beck. In the video Colbert points out how Michelle Bachmann is against the census because it invades privacy...or at least she was until she found out the census is used to draw and redraw congressional districts and she could actually be in danger of not even having a district if the people of her district take her original advice of not even signing the census. He goes on from there to get on Glenn Beck's ongoing stupidity. Watch and enjoy the insanity below.

political ad of the day

As many of you may not know all around crazy woman/chick that should be topless mud wrestling with Sarah Palin,Michelle Bachmann is running to get re-elected in Minnesota. Recently she released a campaign ad telling her supporters to meet up with her(outside of Minnesota) for a rally and needless to say that her opponent Tarryl Clark took a little time out to point out the utter ridiculousness of that add by replaying the ad and pointing out factual errors and stupidity. Below is that video followed by a few of Michelle Bachmanns greatest moments in crazy

and now a few moments in crazy oh and watch her say the name of this blog in one of the videos

after watching that last video and dying laughing at her.......I changed the name of this blog and it was one of the best decisions i've made in a long time. so thank you representative Bachmann for inspiring me to keep laughing at the lunacy known as politics in America

This is the end....

Today is a particularly sad day on this site. Despite my personal life starting to get back on track and even this site starting to draw in a few extra clicks despite me not spending enough time on it, it's still a pretty sad day. It's melancholy around here thanks to one horrendous event. My personal hero, object of sexual desire and all around great person who deserves to lead the house intelligence committee, Michele Bachmann, has decided to not run for reelection in Minnesota. As one or two of you may know, I did in fact name my site after congresswoman Bachmann. I'll miss hearing her rant on how and why Obama may be a terrorist. I'll miss her daily prayers for the end of the affordable care act. I'll miss hearing the constant innuendo and accusations aimed a her husband Marcus. I'll also miss the hilarious random pics of her. She says that she's retiring to focus on real life and possibilities in the real world. Others think that an active criminal investigation may have something to do with it. Whatever the reason, I'll miss that woman. Watch her announce her retirement from the game right after the pic.

Video of the day

It's been a while since I've featured my favorite congresswoman/reason for the site's name on this site but today is as good a day as any to do it. Today the world got to learn that the Minnesota master of monetary matters, tax lawyer and congresswoman Michele Bachmann is now a Swiss Miss. That's right she's officially claiming dual citizenship here in the United States and in Switzerland. She was able to become a Swiss citizen thanks to her husband being the son of 2 Swiss immigrants. With this new citizenship she now has the legal ability to run for office in Switzerland. This news officially takes Michele Bachmann from being an American embarrassment to being an international incident waiting to happen. Check out the video of her talking about her Swiss citizenship below.

My week

I've had a weird week and what better place to get some thoughts and feelings off of my chest than here in this blog. With that said lets get this started with me listing things that have annoyed, shocked and amused me in the last week.

1. I'm beyond the end of my rope with the bus service in this city. I have to catch 2 buses to work and half of the time they aren't on time. I'm pretty lucky that I leave out from the house early enough to make up for the slowness of the bus most of the time.

2. Speaking of buses I saw some interesting things on the bus this week and luckily for you and the people at google I don't have pictures of it.

3. You may be wondering "Well,What the hell did you see?" and I'm gonna answer that in the next one.

4. What I saw on Wednesday was a couple getting a little too handsy on the bus. By handsy I mean he had his hand way up her skirt on a crowded bus.

5. The coverage of the earthquake and disaster in Japan is annoying me. Its annoying me because the news is focusing on what it means for people in America who drive Priuses in a weak attempt at saving the environment. No one gives a fuck about your Prius. Get off of your ass and donate some money to the red cross to help some people who desperately need it you pretentious son of a bitch.

6. Rick Snyder has quickly proven that he really couldn't care less about the people of Michigan.

7. I planned on hitting a bar or two for St Patty's day but I was so tired that I slept most of the day.

8. How did I miss this?

9. I'm also convinced that Michele Bachmann is really an actress who is parodying an extreme right wing politician. Kinda like a Stephen Colbert who happened to get elected to congress several times. No real person can be that dumb.

10. Congrats to the Michigan Wolverines for beating the hell out of the Tennessee Vols on Friday.

so its been a year

Ok technically its been a year and a week but whatever. Anyways its been a year since president Obama took office and I'm gonna go over some things i've noticed.....the list/rant comes after the pics

1. Some people had too much high hope for the president. dont get me wrong I had and still have a ton of hope for president Obama but some people expected him to come in and just wave a magic wand and get things done without a problem while most of these people failed to realize the gigantic clusterfuck of a mess he was handed by former president Bush

2. the news in general has stopped caring about showing actual news and this is especially true when it comes to politics. everything is basically an opinion show and on fox it goes from an opinion show to lets bash Obama to lets openly endorse political candidates to lets start rumors about anyone that isnt a republican

3. the internet conspiracy theories have stepped up from "Bush knew about 9/11 before it happened" to "Obama is the antichrist" to "he's in the illuminati" and of course you have the birth certificate debate even though he had to submit all of that info before running for president

4. people have very short memories and occasionally make shit up. why do i say this? i say this because people have somehow got the idea that Obama ruined the economy(we've been in a recession for slightly over 2 years,he's been president for 1) and some people(fox news, republicans, idiots) even consider the failed terrorist attack on christmas a successful attack. Rudy Giuliani and Dana Perino have even gone beyond that and said that we had no domestic attacks under president Bush. thats a bit odd coming from Mr Noun Verb 9/11

5. the democratic party has too many people in it that are willing to backstab each other over petty ignorance when they have the power to basically do whatever they want to do legislatively. get it together democratic party. the senate health bill while nowhere near perfect does a lot to help out America and it should be passed because it can always be tweaked and made better later

6. John McCain would've been a terrible choice for president

7. Sarah Palin should not be allowed to be anywhere near a tv studio and she would be a worse choice for president than John McCain and is one of the reasons why John McCain would've been a bad choice for president

8. Fox News has officially lost its fucking mind.

9. Glenn Beck has always been crazy but since president Obama has taken office he has stepped his craziness from odd to flat out psychotic, offensive and on plenty of occasions racist

10. the tea party movement is basically a collection of closeted racists that are too pussy to come out and say that they dont like the idea of a black man in charge and anybody in those retarded groups are stupid as hell

11. the republican party has ceased to give a fuck about America. when you're an elected official and the only thing you're doing is trying to stop the other guy from passing his legislation while not even attempting to offer up any ideas of your own you are a fucking douche bag and you should kindly go fuck yourself. I get it that they weretnt exactly gonna be thrilled that a democrat won the white house but this shit has become ridiculous. from chuck grassley talking about pulling the plug on grandma to public officials like Michele Bachmann somehow still having a job while being a complete nutjob who is advocating people not take the census because Obama is gonna throw you in a concentration camp like Germany did with Jews during world war 2 this shit has gotten out of hand. it's petty,it's childish and it's not gonna help America in any way shape or form

12. Obama doesnt get enough credit...or really any. most people realize that the stimulus while not perfect helped stop the clusterfuck to the poorhouse a lot of those same people especially ones that didnt vote for him will still say that it was a terrible idea and that it didnt do shit to help us. this type of attitude seems to go for most of the things he's

13. We have to stop running away from intelligence as a country. yes its great to have someone thats just like you representing you but ask yourself this....would you want your drinking buddy in charge of anything except for getting the beer and tequila? the answer is most likely no and with that said we cant keep voting for people just because they talk all "folksy" and they like things like hunting, country music,NASCAR and drink beer. lets start looking at issues and not just the likeability factor of someone

14. the rest of the planet loves Obama more than we do. some of this is because the rest of the world is glad to have a guy in office here thats willing to talk and use diplomacy instead of just randomly threatening to bomb people for the hell of it. I wish more people here would realize that diplomacy is a great thing. it can save time, effort, money and most importantly lives

15. Obama has been too nice to the senate. while he doesnt need to be a total dick he needs to start putting his foot in a few asses and doing it publicly,on tv and often

16. Give the man some time. In case you forgot we werent exactly doing great as a country when Obama took office. In fact we were in the middle of the worst recession in decades so its no secret that the economy was going to suck and suck hard during President Obama's first year in office and to add to that we have 2 wars going on,natural disasters, terrorist threats left and right and he has to deal with people who are certifiably retarded while working through the legal problems left by the previous president(why Guantanamo is taking so long to close). Just give him some time and stop freaking out. he's president for 4 whole years, not 4 days and with that i'm done and i'm going to walk away now

Stupidity personified

Sometimes I find people like Michelle Bachmann for the sheer stupidity she spits out of her face when she does decide to speak.Today was one of those times. If you missed it she was on Fox News earlier today discussing taxes. Now this would not be a big deal considering that she is a congresswoman and a former tax attorney. Unfortunately for her she was discussing a tax that doesnt even exist. Watch below as she gets proven wrong by Chris Wallace of fox news on an issue she should be an expert at.

Behind the name change

as you can see I've decided to change the name of the blog from insanity on a computer screen(which is a fitting description of this blog) to the gangster government. I decided to change the name because it was time and its alot easier to say "gangster government" than insanity on a computer screen. it also fits perfectly because most of my topics on here revolve around gangsta rap, trap music, strett music and basically gangsta shit.....and politics with a healthy dose of sarcasm and madness. so.....how did i get the term gangster government? well thats simple. I got it from Michelle Bachmann's crazy ass. she's seriously nuts but she came up with one of the best terms ever even if it was being used as a negative towards the president

where the term originated

Glenn Beck Craziness

In todays edition our hero takes a little time to listen to a campaign rally speech by president Barack Obama. During this speech the president says that America is similar to a car thats been driven off of a cliff and now that the car is up and running again, the people(republicans) that drove the car off of the cliff suddenly want the keys back. Of course the president feels that not only can't they have the keys but they have go sit in the back seat and shut up. Of course Glenn sees this as a back of the bus analogy and he thinks that this might be a tad bit racist and inciting violence. Listen below as Glenn breaks down what the president is really saying in his speech.

And as expected my future ex-wife Michele Bachmann agrees with Glenn on this statement.

a week in review

I wont be posting much today because I have other things to do but with that said lets take a look back at some of the things that happened this week on this site.

1. Jan Brewer made herself look like a complete idiot and it was the talk of the internet.

2. The president gave a speech marking the end of the combat mission in Iraq and as expected everyone was upset for various reasons.

3.Michele Bachmann released one of the most ridiculous ads I've ever seen.

4. Glenn Beck had a rally and some of the photos from it were hilarious.

5. I finally got ads on this site again. they can be found on the right side of your screen.

6. The top10 blog named me one of their 10 best people of the week. This honor means that more people are starting to recognize my unshakable awesomeness.

7. There was some sort of article about Sarah Palin in a magazine that you should read.

Just killing time here

If you have been one of the 12 people visiting this site for the past 2 years you may know a few facts about it. You may know that this site is named after a clip of Minnesota congresswoman Michele Bachmann trying to bash President Barack Obama. You can see that clip below and you can also see the best picture of a presidential candidate ever. Why am I posting the picture? I'm posting it because it is hilarious to me. You can yell about it being sexist but we both know that you laughed when you saw it. With that said sit back, enjoy and laugh once again at the Iowa state fair.

Random Observation

I was in the middle of emailing earlier and talking about the GOP debate and I had a few observations about the current republican party. What you're going to read below is an email that I sent. Somewhere in there is a coherent thought. I hope you enjoy it.

Just look at their numbers with everybody that isn't an aging white male. They're low all around. On a consistent basis they insult black people and then wonder why only 7 or 8 of us out of the more than 30 million in this country vote for them. They make sure to blame the social problems in this country on gay people and then make new laws to piss them off and then are shocked when they're pissed off. Their whole platform on women is that all of you are immoral whores and because of that they try their hardest to take away reproductive rights. It's to the point now that in some places having a miscarriage is the same as an abortion and both can get you in trouble with the law. Somehow it surprises them that this makes women uneasy. Their immigration policy is basically "let's kick out the Mexicans" and you end up with ass backwards and racist laws. They've made it a point to insult the hell out of anything that even seems Latin and are now shocked that Latinos don't like the idea of being kicked out of the country, fenced in once kicked out and then mocked and insulted on top of it.

To try to fight back against all of this they'll just get a token candidate. This is how you end up with guys like Michael Steele as the RNC chair,Herman Cain surging in the polls,Marco Rubio being thrown out there as a VP candidate. This is how you end up with Bachmann thinking she has a shot at being president or Sarah Palin as a VP candidate. Shockingly people see right through this because even though you throw a black candidate out there, black people wont necessarily vote for them. This is true with everyone and when you throw that token candidate out there you've officially called the populous a bunch of idiots. I'm ranting here but feel free to find a coherent thought in that.

Can we start ignoring Santorum now? ALL of us? Please?

GOP "candidate" Rick Santorum dials up his crazy just a little higher, when he states (on TELEVISION!) that separation of church and state makes it tough for him to keep his lunch down. Can we all just agree that he's the scariest presidential candidate in history? Just when we thought Bachmann was as crazy as one could get.

His argument is that separation of church and state demands that people of faith have no role in what he calls "the public square." Laughably, his idea of including people of faith in politics is applying their rules and beliefs to people who do not subscribe to them. See his views on abortion, birth control, etc. He admits to wanting to adhere to BIBLICAL standards when making public policies.

But yeah, Rick -- this is TOTALLY about excluding people of faith and not protecting others from being oppressed by Christian rules that they do not recognize. YOU FIGURED US OUT.

You can read the transcript of the interview here.
